Ying Wang is a postdoctoral researcher at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago. Her research focuses on electrochemical approaches for CO2 management. She received her Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Her doctoral research focused on interfacial mineralization, investigating precipitation for concurrent CO2 removal and critical element recovery at solid interfaces, as well as scale formation at soft liquid interfaces, using advanced synchrotron techniques and microfluidic devices.
